For sleeping you have two twins beds (can be placed together to create king), queen, full size futon and a sleeper sofa. As well there are 3 full bathrooms, two of them are in the bedrooms (suites) and the other is available off the family room. Children/adults love our place, as we have lots of board games, books (all ages), flat screen tv's in each room, fire pit, very large porch to watch the outside life and close to restaurants, hikes, blue ridge mountains, skiing, tubing, Harrah's Casino and just about anything else you may have in mind. There is a fully stocked kitchen, paper goods included (to get you started. Gorgeous views from upper/lower porch, hot tub and almost every window of the house has a view of the mountains.
